Why is it necessary to have at least one male amongst your staff team?

My boss told me today that no matter the other conditions, a business organization should have at least one male staff working with them.

Why do you think that it is necessary for a business to have at least one male staff?

I don't think there is any special benefit a Male worker will impact on the staff except to enjoy sexual intimacy with many of them!. In fact, it is will likely bring jealousy, sexual tension in the office or working place.

I have only female apprentices working with me and I wish I had a male apprentice too. I always have to call my male neighbour to assist in checking the power generator. Some times, it gives hard starting. Other technical things that a guy could help fix, I have to get my male neighbor to help.

It depends on the nature of the business. My kind of business that involves carrying of things definitely needs at least one male staff.

I don't think there is any law that states it, it mostly depends on the kind of business you are running and who you think is fit to handle such roles
