Why is Safari browser not available on Playstore?

I know that Safari browser is the native browser of Apple devices. But it it seems not to be available for android. Chrome that is the native browser of android is available on Apple app store but Safari browser is not available on Play store. Why?

There are other browsers on android that actually mimic how Safari browser works. But Apple would never allow it by available on android.

Well right from time apple has been known to doing their apps exclusively for just themselves, so it's pretty much the same with this browser, it is for apple users alone.

Apple is the master of exclusivity in the tech world. That's gives them a class of its own in the market.
