Why is solar power charing phones very slowly?

Most times, I have had to charge my phone with solar power and I have come to realize that the charging speed with solar panels are not as fast as with normal electricity power.

Can someone explain why charging phones with solar power is slower than normal electricity?

I noticed the same and I also would like to know why charging with solar power devices is so slow. I may suppose the electricity tubes play a role, but I'm not sure at all.

Power outputs of solar systems are quite low and can't charge phones as fast as Alternating Current from the grid.
