Every parent certainly has a different opinion; some agree that their kids should have mobile phones, while others disagree. The issue of children having mobile phones is not only a topic of debate among parents but is also frequently discussed in various seminars, asking whether kids should have mobile phones. Although, in general, not every child should have one.

Various studies and surveys conducted by child psychologists show that 55% of children aged 7 years old own a mobile phone, while 94% of children aged 7 to 15 years old own a mobile phone. These kids generally use their phones to watch videos, play games, talk to their parents while they're at work, or simply call their school friends.

So, we can conclude that it's crucial for kids to have their own mobile phones, for many reasons. So, why do you think kids should have mobile phones?

I believe children should have mobile phones for several important reasons. First, it allows them to stay in touch with their parents and family at all times, which increases their safety and peace of mind. Furthermore, phones can be an educational tool, giving them access to information, learning resources, and educational apps. Also, in an increasingly digital world, having a phone can help children develop technological skills and better prepare them for the future. Of course, it's crucial that parents set limits and supervise usage to prevent distractions or inappropriate content, but overall, phones can be a useful ally in children's growth and communication if used responsibly.
