Why the rates on new websites creation reducing day by day?

A person having a website won't create a new one because if you create a new website each year means after 20 years having 20 websites which is far from logic.
There are a lot of websites being created all the time.
There’s not an exact number on this.
Rare people let their websites becoming popular this is difference.

I think people are still creating websites, but not all are well known or not everyone is able to manage the website for a long time.
Especially those how wants quick results and are impatient for example to wait a long time for get earnings due to high daily expenses
What is rate on new website creation? If you think in sum number of new websites, then lower number is normal. Many people goes on app and social media and not websites.
It is true many websites are being created everyday and now with many people having the knowledge of programming

More people are creating new websites because of the benefits they offer. I created a new website hoping to earn money from blogging to supplement my income.
There isn’t a difference. There are millions of websites in the world. Some are popular, some aren’t.

There were websites in the past that pay users satisfactorily, but during the start of global crises many good earning sites shut down forever.
Site must generate income more than outcome.
In my opinion, the rates of new websites keeps reducing because the cost of creating a website has become high.
