Why would a business be in a hurry to recruit?

I have seen some businesses advertise their vacant staff positions and state that it is urgent. That means the business is somehow needing to have that position filled as quickly as possible. Why would a business be in a hurry to have staff recruited?

It's possible that they have a project they need to sort out urgently hence they are in a hurry to higher helping hands.

A business might be in a hurry to hire if a staff just left at the peak of a production process. They don't want that gap to affect production.
