Will crypto ever be used the way that we use our normal currency?

One of the future prospects of crypto is that one day, it would be used to settle everyday transactions the way we use fiat normally. Do you think it would happen with crypto someday? What would need to be in place before that would happen?

Crypto would be used the same way that we use fiat when it is completely regulated. That's where the real utility of tokens would come out.

Bitcoin was designed to be effective peer-to-peer digital cash, so that should be the end of cryptocurrencies, at least for those POW cryptocurrencies intended for money transfer between peers.

Although in many countries crypto can be used as a means of exchange but not as an official means of exchange or legal tender, each country has different rules, so it is impossible for crypto to be used by all countries as a legal means of payment.

It is not possible to use crypto as a replacement for fiat. It might affect the sovereignty of a country.

With the rate that cryptocurrency is getting grounded, am sure in next few years, we will be using crypto as normal as any fiat currency. Cryptocurrency is going to break all financial hiccups that is hindering people from having full access to their funds.
