Do you think it is logical and safe to hire a staff to manage your building rented by mang investors and office workers? Assuming you are busy at your offline work and you cannot handle two big responsibilities so your option is to hire a staff or to resign from your work that pays you five figures being an engineer?

What do you think is the best option for you? For me, the building owner can hire two staffs to do the monthly rental and remit it to you and the other staff to monitor cleanliness and safety of the renters by checking the electrical wirings, faucets and others.

What can you suggest?

Here, we have companies offering such kind of service. If you own an apartment and would like to rent it out, you can hire the company to do the job for you. They can find a tenant for your apartment and if the apartment has any maintenance problems, the company may also handle it for you.

I really don't think there is anything wrong in hiring someone to help you manage or look after your property, especially if you are the type that has other engagements.

Indeed, there is nothing wrong hiring someone trustworthy to manage your building for rent. The care taker will be responsible for the maintenance, payment or rent and report any concern to the owner and to remit the rent.

It is mandatory for an office building to be managed by special staff who employ them according to their field, starting from building equipment, cleaning, maintenance, and even the building manager also provides office boys/girls to be hired by several offices.

I agree with you on this. The owner of the building must hire a skilled person who knows how to deal with the space renters of the budling and the amenities that must be installed.

You're right there is nothing wrong hiring someone to manage the rental business building as long as there is a police clearance to prove he or she has no criminal record. Money could tempt the person to do evil.
