This January, the medical experts in Monaco are putting a big spotlight on women's heart health. What really hits home for me is how unequal things are when it comes to getting a diagnosis. It honestly breaks my heart to see that women still don't get the same level of care as men.

It's shocking to realize how many people just aren't aware of this problem. Like, do they not see what's going on? We need to get the word out there and make sure everyone knows about this issue.

I truly believe that education is where we have to start. If we can teach people about the differences in how heart disease affects women, and if we can train doctors to recognize the signs in women, we will save lives.

Think about it: heart disease is often thought of as a man's disease, and women are different. The symptoms can present differently, and sometimes doctors miss them. This is not okay. Women deserve the same chance at a healthy heart as men do.

This campaign in Monaco is great. I really think it can make a difference. By raising awareness and educating people, we can close the gender gap in heart health and save the women we care about. It will take work, but there is hope the situation can change for the better. Let's get the word out and do what we can and support them now.
