I would say it is not significantly right, but it is definitely a complex issue with many factors to consider. On one hand, financial stability can definitely make a marriage less stressful. Money problems are a leading cause of conflict in relationships, so having a solid financial foundation can provide a sense of security and allow couples to focus on other aspects of their relationship.

However, love, companionship, and emotional support are also crucial for a successful marriage. Waiting until you are financially perfect might mean a missing out on a wonderful relationship with someone you truly love.

It really boils down to individual circumstances and priorities. Some couples are perfectly happy building their lives together from the ground up, while others prefer to wait until they are more finically secure.

Remember, poor can mean different things to different people. It is not always just about the amount of money someone has, but also about their work ethic, their ambition, and the ability to manage their finances.

Me too, I won't marry unless I’m financially stable. I’m always the type who wants to be independent and prepared — though I know life can bring unexpected things along the way. I want to have savings, a stable job, and be able to stand on my own before settling down. I just feel it’s better to build a strong foundation first, both emotionally and financially. And also, I don’t want to depend on my partner. After all, women nowadays are strong and independent — and it’s nice when both partners can stand on their own.

Absolutely every females must think like you. They should be financially stable then think of marriage.
Hehe thank you! 😊 I just feel being financially stable first makes things feel more secure. Everyone’s journey is different, but a little independence never hurts, right?

That depends on the financial situation of your partner. If you are poor and jobless but the partner you are going to marry is financially stable, and you love each other, you can consider getting married. You can be a housewife and take care of the children. If the couple is both poor and jobless, then better not getting married until you are financially ready.

When you marry you will multiply 🤣, so if both of you are jobless and marry then you're like committing suicide. Let alone during the wife's pregnancy it requires a lot of preparations especially money preparation.
