We all know that mining crypto needs high performance computational power which normal PCs don't have.

When PC gaming started, there were issues like this as gamers could not play with regular PCs and they needed special PC which were built and called gaming PCs.

With that analogy, would we soon have PCs and laptops dedicated to mining go mainstream? If yes, how much do you think it would cost.

I think that this does not make sense, because a computer is needed to work with files and so on, while for mining you simply need a powerful device like a video card, which were once popular for mining. Therefore, I think they can come up with a powerful video card just for mining

I think that by now they should already exist, it seems strange to me that they haven't done it yet as something normal, but it's a fact, BTC has many years ahead, it's still young, so it's a fact that this will clearly happen.
