A certain guy is chasing a lady that I know. And the guy picked her account details from her shop and sent her money. Good money that can take care of weekend needs. Should she accept the money or she should refund it?

If I don't ask someone for money and he or she decides to be that generous to send me money, why should I reject it? It is bad manners to reject such generosity.

There's no inherent moral wrong in accepting money from anyone, especially if it's offered without strings attached,
But if you look at the situation described in the original post, there are strings attached.
For me, I would accept the money. Have been accepting such money often.

I would absolutely NEVER accept that! I understand that it might not be pleasant to say something like that, but "trust is good, but not trusting is better," especially nowadays. And as my dear father always wisely told me: "No one gives you anything for free!"

Clearly state your stand, if the person expects something in return from you then there is no need accepting the money but if after you have clearly stated where you stand about how you feel, if the person still decides to send you money, then that's on the person.

Well, I would not accept anyone that comes with any unfavorable conditions. I love my peace of mind.

Accepting money might signal to the person that their actions are acceptable, potentially encouraging them to continue unwanted behavior.
Exactly, or maybe the person is trying to be a friend again with you if he/she is trying to do so.

If it's intended to convince the woman or win her heart, I wouldn't take the money if I were her because it can indicates that you're willing to be pursued even if you don't want to and that things could go wrong later.
