Would you download an app that has less than three star rating on an App store?

For some people, the ratings of users for apps hosted on app stores really helps them to decide which apps to install or not. Most app stores always have 5 stars as the highest rating for apps. If an app has an average of less than 3 stars out of five stars on an app store, would you still use the app?

If it is an app that I have used before and was satisfied, I would install it even with an average rating on app store.

The best thing is to just understand the usefulness of the app and try it out. Most comments in app stores are always too critical.

For me l always download apps that have more than three stars rating on the Google play store. I mostly rely on the positive reviews for me to download apps.

I will download app that have less than three stars! I don't use those reviews to know the best apps on playstore. I have come to realize that most of the reviews are paid reviews.

No i won't download such app unless i have used it before and i liked it or if that's the only option available to download for whatever i need it for.

Most of the apps that I have on my phone always have a rating of four out of five before I decide on downloading them.
