It's obvious, how could you have a healthy body without a healthy mind? It's the mind that dictates you, so when it tells you to drink liquor, you drink. Does it tell you too that's it's bad for the body drinking a hard liquor? Your mind can't control your decision making your body sick or weak because of intoxication. If you have a healthy mind you'll also make your body healthy. That correlates with having a healthy mind to have a healthy body.
