You need to say "no" more often

It's not good to pamper our customers because they will never sympathise your feelings in case your business goes down. They never give you a single cent to support you financially. Let's be firm and say no impulsively.
 
Anyone that is a "Yes sir" kind of person is always used and abused. You have to learn when to say no. That's why you need self confidence as a business person. It is what would make you say no when it doesn't favour you.
 
Customers would come and ask for credit sales when you are short of money to restock and you feel under pressure to yield to their demands. That's stupidity. Just let them know why you can't give and don't give.
 
I have always said no to unfavorable business propositions by customers and I have been termed bad and wicked. But they won't be there when I face by business struggles.
Your tough and that's the mindset of the successful person. Those people who disliked being refused don't have commonsense. Business is business.
