Young woman faking content creation

A young woman only creates content for her instagram account which is usually updated once a month, yet government employees are falsely claims that she is creating content for an online business owner, who the government employees hate, to give their young girlfriend/sugar baby great powers, monthly government salary at the expense of the online business owner. How can the online business ensure that government stop criminally defaming her, making fake claims about her business, content creation?
