Your staff winning an external international award : Does it present a risk factor in losing the staff?

It would not be wrong for the business to think of losing the staff. It takes extreme loyalty to an organization for a staff to stay at that point.

Personally i feel a business should always be prepared, cause the truth of the matter is that majority of the staffs would leave once they find a better opportunity. It's pretty rare to find a staff who is completely loyal.

I have always believed that even the seemingly loyal staff of a business organization can leave any time. Everyone is a capitalist.
