YSense activates my account and restores my earnings

I have been away on YSense and I tried to check my account a while ago and I was told that my account was closed because of my 12 months absence, but the site gave me one condition and that was to do survey right away, so I was amazed and accepted the challenge. The admin activated my account and restored my earnings of $4 . I immediately answered surveys for 30 minutes and earned 40 cents he he, not bad though. After Index Forum was sold and Bravitoon closed, so I have one hour free . I do surveys now in replacement to the two forum sites that are closed forever.

How do you contacted the admin with your account closed? I'm asking because i tried join Ysense a few months ago but give me a error if i try create a account , the remember password is not working because i don't get the email and contact the support ( create a ticket ) , if i remember correctly , i think , is was max 30 days to get a answer ( or something like that ) but they have never have replied me .
When Ysense was clicksense , years ago in the age of ptcs i have an account there and i tried with that password and still nothing .
Searching the net this is a common problem with Ysense but haven't find a answer that works for me . Sad .

The site did not email me. I just to open the site. It said that they would restore my earnings, however, I have to do surveys their daily. If there is none in the dashboard, I have to vote in their daily poll which I did. At the time, they email daily to do survey.
