Zelensky Says Putin Shunned Talks After Trump Refused Tomahawks, "Need Deep Strike Capabilities"

According to the report, President Volodymyr Zelenskiy urged Kyiv's allies in the Coalition of the Willing on Friday (October 24) to enhance Ukraine's long-range weapons capabilities to put pressure on Russia to negotiate over the war.Ukraine uses its own weapons to strike energy and military facilities deep inside Russia and has been seeking long-range Tomahawk missiles from the United States to increase pressure on Moscow although it has not yet obtained them.

Additionally, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer said that European leaders of the coalition needed to agree to finish the job on using frozen Russian assets to bolster Ukraine’s defenses.

Zelenskiy wants Ukraine's leaders to equip them with powerful tools. long-range missiles. so that Russia sits at the negotiating table. So far, the Tomahawks have not been delivered.
