After experiencing a skyrocket sales to follow is dismal feeling. January 1 is a holiday so all stores big and small, malls, banking, and more are closed. Money making offline will be stagnant and even if it's only one day for the businesses they mean a lot to them. They lost millions.

In my case I will close my business for two days because my staff will surely lack sleep. They have to report January 3. There will be a very few customers to come, so business operators will have three days sales losses.

Yes, true and we also cannot blame them considering the taxes they will pay, the salaries of the workers a other matters that need money.
