Zimbabwe Bans Raw Mineral and Lithium Exports

Zimbabwe imposing a ban on exports of all raw minerals and lithium concentrate is striking. Personally, I think it reflects the urgency of resource control. What surprises me is the scale of restriction in a global market hungry for lithium. For me, the most important aspect is sovereignty—nations must protect their wealth. I believe this ban will spark debate internationally. In the end, bans are not just policies, they are declarations of independence.
