As business people, we should also try to show empathy in our relationship with customers. One thing that always guides me when relating with customers is that I ask myself, "Would I like to be treated this way as a customer?" Showing empathy in our dealings with customers would help us to better serve them.
 
Yes we are first humans before becoming a customer. You need to treat people well and know that it is in your place to help customers feel good when they come to your business
Personality should come before any profit in the business world. If you welcome customers and make them feel at home they will come back again and again without even pushing them.
