A few months back I purchased AGARO vaccum cleaner through Flipkart in India. Within a month it gave up. I informed the company, they agreed to replace but without allowing open box delivery which is against the rule of such products. I didn't accept that and wanted a refund which they aren't agreeing to. I am forced to file a case in the consumer forum. Shouldn't Flipkart take the responsibility of the refund if the product is defective. No electronics will sell now online. At least I won't.
