Annual Leave of one month or a $150 Leave Grant bonus to forfeit the leave?

Most organizations always give their staff a whole one month leave with full salary. In some instances, there is an option to forgo the leave and take some financial incentives for that.

Would you prefer to take a $150 leave grant to forgo your leave.

At this time in my life, I would forgo the leave and take the money. I don't think I need a one month rest from work for anything.

I will go for the money any day, I can manage time and relax so that I don't feel burned out and since I am getting a bonus just to not take annual leave, I will go for it.

Since I don't work all round the clock, I would just take the leave grant and forgo the leave. I am not up to the age of taking a one month leave yet.

Honestly, I would take the money. I can take my cumulative rest on weekends. There is nothing I would spend a whole month doing at home when I don't have a family yet.

I would not work longer hours often for money. But if it is to forgo leave for money, I certainly would. That won't affect my health.

Working a couple of extra hours won't be a bad idea if you are physically fit because at the end of the day all we need is more money for our spends and for savings
