Most organizations always give their staff a whole one month leave with full salary. In some instances, there is an option to forgo the leave and take some financial incentives for that.

Would you prefer to take a $150 leave grant to forgo your leave.
 
I love money and like to earn even if it means I need to work for a longer shift although that depends if I am not sick or have any other emergency to tackle
I would not work longer hours often for money. But if it is to forgo leave for money, I certainly would. That won't affect my health.

Working a couple of extra hours won't be a bad idea if you are physically fit because at the end of the day all we need is more money for our spends and for savings
