Sometimes I'm a rude customer if the cashier doesn't give the exact change if I pay in cash. Holding some cents can accumulate the robbery custom of the business. They have to be reminded that their act is a sign of robbing customers.

That's great, I'm also polite if not disturbed. I entered a department store, and I was annoyed with the sales people there. Some customers left annoyed and irritated. I learned from one customer that the sales girl kept on following her. She got irked and reported the sales girl to their supervisor. The sales girl was fired on the spot. She was the reason why the customers left. They got zero sales daily. After that, the customers kept coming and buying. There's a valid reason why a customer act rude.

Never! Never ever! I always treat people well, and if the person treats me badly, then yes, I treat them badly and I'll never buy from their business, store, or whatever they have again. But I'm never a bad customer! I never treat people badly, not even when I'm very angry.

Of course yes. I sometimes go to a store with a bad mood and act rudely over there. I however try as much as possible to avoid that.

A buyer can't just start being rude for nothing. Something must trigger them to be rude. And it is always the behavior of some sales persons.

On many occasions I have had to be rude and annoyed at the salesperson. This happens naturally when there's little or no concentration on me, when they stand to gist when they should be attending to me. When they feel they're tired and can't answer any questions.

if you're a rude customer, there might be a strong or valid reason. No-one acts this way if the flow is smooth in a store for example.
