It's a disgrace to an entrepreneur if act that way. The customers will never forget his bad attitude. He'll never expect them to come back.
Like we all know that pride goes before a fall. if you don't want to fall them don't pride your selves in things you don't understand
People don't understand why that character is everything in business. They think that because they have skills, they are indispensable. Character sustains a business.
That's how one data reseller blocked me on WhatsApp and told me his pride is at stake.
In a matter of fact, discipline is very important aspect for the successfulness of the businesses. Therefore arrogant businessmen oftenly fail in business.
Arrogance happens when an entrepreneur doesn't have emotional intelligence and feels that his ego has been hurt and he is out to hurt the customer as a payback bb

Arrogance must be set aside and to be entertained for no one likes to help an arrogant businessman. The customers will also feel discourage to do business with a toxic business owner.

As an entrepreneur, always have an attitude to learn, the moment you feel you have known it all, will actually mark your beginning of failing.
A business person is not supposed to be cocky unless they would end up crash landing and never rising up.
I agree with you. Even arrogant staff can destroy a business and make it not to make enough sales. Customers would detest the business.
If a person is arrogant, s(he) is not suitable to run a business and sell products/service. No customer will buy from a business owner who is arrogant and ignore customer needs.
Some people, because they have been able to set up a business would look down on customers. Such businesses have very short lifespans.
