I had travelled to another city, state for property related work and I wanted to use my demat account for purchasing some securities. Despite trying repeatedly I could not login to the demat account, the otp was not delivered. What could be the reason why demat account access was blocked?

It might simply be a network issue, hence the otp could not come through. Have you tried contacting them to find out?
The OTP was sent via email and sms, and despite trying repeatedly, I could not receive the OTP via either email or sms though the network for sending is different.
