Difficulty developing relationships in online business

One of the biggest online retailers here is doing a great job engaging customers. They offer loyalty program, with different levels. The more you buy, the higher your level of members. Members enjoy discounts and sometimes free delivery. They also send newsletter via email to customers or members from time to time announcing great deals and new products.
 
To be honest, online business that sell fake merchandise are killing it for genuine Business to succeed in building customer relations. People end up only trusting big online stores like Alibaba and ebay and not giving other business a chance
I agree with you and because of that People end up only trusting big online stores which should not be so
