Do you consider physical appearance when you want to employ for your business?

I
I am sorry but I won't feel comfortable working in a place knowing that it was my curves that were the major basis of my employment. I would feel sexified.
I totally agree with you..Even I would not be comfortable in such workplace personally.
When we are going to recruit employees for our business, of course we have to consider the job description they will do, if the work the employee will do will be in contact with customers or clients, of course they must be good looking, neatly dressed, friendly and intelligent.
Even people with not so good physical appearance can be very much presentable, neatly dressed and friendly. In fact everyone should be well dressed and friendly at work place. Many people despite their average and below average physical appearance carry themselves with confidence and look presentable. And they might be effective employees too.

Good looking doesn't have to be handsome or beautiful, but not having a beard and mustache will make it more intimidating and customers will be reluctant. and during recruitment it is necessary to select which one best suits the needs of the position.

In my country, it's really a lucrative business, especially nails and eyebrows beautification (and hairdressers' is a lucrative business above all). There are nails' spa and eyebrows' spa. I'm thinking about starting with such a job, when possible.
It's good to have a business like that but in my case, I don't have a talent of it. I will be happy to hear from you someday you already owned a beauty saloon.

That's right. personally I love to check out stores with beautiful neatly dressed attendants

This wasn't exactly the dream of my life (despite I love the beauty world) because I have always pursued a socially or culturally useful career (lawyer, teacher, musician, artist), but my geographic area isn't ready for people desiring such a life. After finishing with the post-certificate bureaucracy concerning my last postgrad and trying to pursue an educational psychologist career, I'll start to study in the beauty field.

What if you find someone that is very competent in the position of a secretary and she is not really attractive like that. She should not be employed?
This is a very good question and I'd like also to know the answer.

I will not hire someone having long nails 😁 especially if coated with deep nail polish. The truth of the matter of their nails is dirty he he. I want to hire applicant without a nail polish. The nails must be crystal clear 😍.

...especially if your business is a musician's team or a music school😆. How do we dare to play whatever instrument, if our nails are shamefully long and in addition, covered with those terrible fake nails:ROFLMAO:? It's pretty impossible to play a violin, a viola, a cello or double bass, even a piano, a flute, a harp, with nails in such a state:ROFLMAO:...

That's why the governments should offer plastic surgery for free to unattractive citizens and regular residents unable to pay to get plastic surgeons' services. In my former country, there are forums where members state plastic surgery in such cases isn't a whim, but a need. All people deserve the same chances to get a job they are qualified to perform.

Recruit only beauty experts on nail culture and polish to have many customers. You might hire gays and lesbians:LOL:. The chicks customers will run away.

That depends on the job which needs to be filled. If you are hiring front line staff such as sales, physical appearance is certainly a factor which needs to be considered. That said, qualifications and experience are equally important.
So many people would be repulsed working into an organization and all you see at the reception is a staff that has a very strong face and demeanour.

In my former country there is a dear old saying you can't have the drunken wife while the barrel stays full :ROFLMAO: . Searching for the English translation in context, reverso says you can't have pig meat upon pork:ROFLMAO:. Well, it's a figure of speech, that in such a context means you can't have skilled and qualified employees that simultaneously benefit from a stunning physical appearance. Better if the government releases plastic surgery for free to your skilled, qualified, but unattractive employees:ROFLMAO:.

I beg to disagree. You can have highly skilled workers that have model like looks. I have seen them severally.
