Do you consider physical appearance when you want to employ for your business?

Yes it depends on the kind of business. if it needs one that should appear beautifully them why not I go for it

I think that depends on various factors. For instance businesses that deal with direct contact with customers should be handled by staffs with good looking appearance compared to other kind of businesses. For instance restaurants, hotels among other service industry business sector.

People in hospitality industry, front desk customer care etc need to be presentable. And all people can be presentable if they groom themselves well. The way you carry yourself, your pleasant presence and the way you talk to people....all come together as a package. It's more about being smart and presentable. But if it's only about beauty and good looks, it's unfair and even discrimination.

As a customer, I am more attracted to buy from a business that have good looking sales persons. If not any other thing, sales people should look good.
