I agree, take the time to analyze competitors. What are they doing differently? This could include their pricing strategies, product offerings, customer service, or even their store layout and ambiance.
At first, I will be hurt seeing my customer betray me but after some hours, I have to realize that I cannot keep my customers. It's their right to decide where to buy. In case she will get back to her senses and realize the comparison she will surely come back. I will not nag her. I would show to her I'm not affected.
