They say that content marketing should focus on providing help to the viewers so as to build authenticity as a brand.

While that is true, no brand should give their best tips for free else they would not make any sales. What do you think?

Yes you have a point there, you shouldn't give out valuable tips for free, for starters, they won't even appreciate it when they get it for free.
