Business sabotage happens when there is a misunderstanding between the business owners and the workers. The workers who are malicious tend to disobey the rules and do something that will harm the business. The workers like to disrupt the workforce and operations. These workers lack discipline and harsh punishment to avoid others to follow their wrongdoings. Sabotaging can destroy the hard-earned efforts and gradual success of the business and the hardest part is the destruction of the business's reputation. Those who are sabotaging the business show less output and always feel uneasy because their plans might not push through. Those who are doing this, lack skills do not understand the rules and regulations, policies, and goals. They only think of salary increases and promotions. Sabotaging occurs when an employee commits a specific act to harm the business. It is like envy and jealousy.

To stop this act, the business management must have clear rules for workers to respect and follow and sanction must apply to the violators. Employers must create and enforce policies and protocols to prevent workplace sabotage. The rules and policies must be well-defined and explained for workers to understand.

I think that this may be a really bad condition. Such kind of condition is quite common in places where management and the employees do not communicate with each other in an effective manner. This is why there could be a lots of misunderstanding. Having said that, disobeying your employers is not a good thing at all. People should listen to their managers and make sure that they follow all the rules. This is how this problem could be sorted out.

Misunderstanding the rules and policies in a company or business does not mean planning something that harms the reputation of the business. As an employee, it is your duty to respect the rules, regulations, and policies because the employee is part of the business . If there is a misunderstanding, why not as the management for further clarification? It is best for the management to be strict sometimes.

Well, many new employees could misunderstand the rules, as they may not have enough experience when it comes to working in an organisation. This is understandable and in many cases the company might be quite lenient when it comes to dealing with employees in such cases.

It's best to always conduct a meeting to let the employees old and new master the importance of honesty and integrity as an employee to boost their morale and pave the gap of communication. It's also best for the management to build a camaraderie with the employees from top to bottom and the download of this is obedience.

In India it's the trade union who does the sabotaging. They usually don't work and politicize the system. Moreover most management in businesses in India try to cheat their employees where payment is concerned.

That is indeed scary, it must be controlled by the city or national government and punish those doing the illegal activities. it never happens in my country. Employees are well protected by their immediate management and government.

I think that many employees may deliberately try to sabotage the business because they may be treated badly and they may try to take revenge. This is a common thing and many employees do this. This is a very unfortunate thing. Both the company and employees should co-operate with each and and make sure that they work for the benefits of each other.

Those who sabotage the business owner will land jobless or in jail because that is illegal. The best thing to do is the head of the business organization to address the issues raised by the employees to solve their problems.

Yes, they could face legal issues. However, this depends a lot on how severe the offence was. There are many employees who may deliberately never take any kind of interest when it comes to improving business and this could be bad for both employees and business. Employees' issues should be considered. It could be a very bad thing to deliberately cause damage to the business.

One business sabotage that may disrupt or destroy the business is sabotaging to set the business center on fire. There are haters and losers and to remedy their envious feelings is to do something that satisfies their envy or jealousy. They lack morale.

In many cases, such kind of employees might be "agents" of other companies. It is a very common thing for companies to send such kind of employees to damage the reputation of their competitors and I think that they should be prosecuted for this.

They will be prosecuted if found guilty. But it is better for the management to ask the employees about their problems and ideas on how to prove the system and their income or salary.

In India it's the politicians who have originated these trade unions. So the employees have to switch jobs often in India.

In my country, the Labor Union is managed by lawyers. They are partners of the national government but there is no abuse made because it's the lawyers to fight those possible culprits.

Well it depends on how serious the case might be tho. In some cases it could lead to the complete fall of the business totally, it could also lead to lack of trust for whoever is at the receiving end.

That's a good idea but in India some lawyers are very vicious. We have a very criminalized environment now in India.

That is so sad to know lawyers there participate or get involved with crimes. There must be changes made by the national government, but if it's your government that does fraudulent acts then people will follow its footsteps.

If a person is pressurised to do more and more and if he never receives the right kind of salary for that, then they may not work sincerely. They may not sabotage the business deliberately. However, they may not work hard. This may also indirectly sabotage the business.
