How much does it cost a medical insurance in your country?

In my country, the medical insurance is very expensive and that is why you will find only the rich purchasing it.

Don't you have in your country a public health service? I knew about European tourists in Kenya that were well welcomed in Kenyan hospitals, but I'm not sure if they were public or private structures.

Government insurance is subsidized and you can health insurance for around $150 . Private is a bit high around $250 . But all depends on factors like coverage, age, health status, marital status etc. But i have heard reports that most of the insurance companies do scam people and don't give satisfactory services.

Public health service among the European countries is usually government-subsidized, but in various countries stopped working properly. People who can afford a private insurance run away from public service to not wait centuries to see, for ex., an orthopedist. But it's desirable to first look at the reviews about an insurance company, to reduce the risk to get scammed.
