Fortunately, we don't have to pay for any service or maintenance fees for our apartment here
Does your apartment have security services and housekeeping, garbage collection and other similar services. Here most apartments are changing some money from each apartment owner.
It is only if you live in a service flat but if not you don't have to pay for all of those at all.
In some places homes without security are burgled and vandalized, so most home buyers prefer to purchase homes with some security instead of wasting money on expensive home repairs.

I pay about $200 rent and $100 on utility bills (water, electricity, and internet). So, I spend around $300 per month on home maintenance.

Over here there is mandatory maintenance fee we need to pay on a monthly fee. How much we spend on maintenance depends on how we mange the house.
If you refer to the condominium administrator for the monthly fee, here in Italy this varies depending on the building. Obviously, those who live in a skyscraper will have really high administration costs.
Some people around the big cities pay a lot more. it is good to find out about a thing like this before moving into a house
In my country, each apartment will charge a different rate for maintenance costs, depending on the area of the apartment unit and the facilities available, the more luxurious the more expensive. Maintenance costs are calculated per square meter starting from $ 2 to $ 5, so just multiply it by the area of the apartment unit we occupy, plus vehicle parking fees. All of these costs are already in the Sales and Purchase Agreement.

I believe that in the case of rented apartments, the expenses for extraordinary maintenance are paid by the owner. However, the tenant should pay the maintenance expenses in a reduced manner.
