Here most people living in apartments have to pay a monthly maintenance fee which varies depending on the city or town they live in and other factors. Do members of the forum have to pay a monthly fee and if yes, how much do you have to pay monthly?

In my country, each apartment will charge a different rate for maintenance costs, depending on the area of the apartment unit and the facilities available, the more luxurious the more expensive. Maintenance costs are calculated per square meter starting from $ 2 to $ 5, so just multiply it by the area of the apartment unit we occupy, plus vehicle parking fees. All of these costs are already in the Sales and Purchase Agreement.
