To prevent spam on forum is very easy you will need to employ someone that will look after your business for you check all the forum section remove all spam post when you do this you will see that all the spam post will be properly clean
I currently use hcaptcha on my forum, and I have banned a few IP addresses that signed up with bot accounts. I usually don't get fake accounts, but Xenforo has built-in feature to check IP addresses shared with other accounts, so I monitor users that way.
There are many ways that forum site owners can prevent spam, such as using filters, software/bots, clear forum rules and policies, employing moderators, etc.
Cloudflare turnstile generally stops them and blocking the known spammers via IP blocker(waf) settings on cloudflare.
