Iced Tea - Unsweetened or Southern Sweet?

Do you like your iced tea unsweetened or Southern Sweet?

If so, which one or both?

How do you prepare your iced tea?

Thank you. I would love to have an iced tea, tasting like it came from a restaurant, but prepared at home.

I don't drink tea. I drank coffee before but now no more. I am now loving to drink milk twice a day. Though it's pretty expensive, but I always have a budget for it. I always have a nice sleep when I drink milk unlike when I drink coffee. It's caffeine prevents me to have a better sleep. I spent only 3 hours of sleep when I drank coffee. This time, with milk, I spend 8 hours of sleep.

I don't drink tea that often, but at the same time i don't think i have had iced tea, if i wanted it would be sweetened though.

When I drink iced tea, I usually prefer it unsweetened. However, I like hot green tea or matcha green tea after meals because they are healthier for me.
