Many people in my place are complaining that rich people around the locality don't give them money. And it has come to my notice that it is hard for rich people to give good money to people that troop to beg them.

They would rather overpay for a service than give money to beggars. I'd that a reality?

Not all rich people are stingy, there are also rich people who share their wealth, usually in the form of food for beggars on the side of the road. Rich people rarely meet beggars on the side of the road, they use private cars with drivers and go straight to the office or mall.

If rich people start sharing their money, they will be left with nothing! Some poor people feel that it is their entitlement to receive money and gifts from their rich neighbors.

Most rich people wouldn't give money to beggars because they think that they beggars are very lazy and like just sitting back to be provided by other people.

For me l can say that majority of them behave like that. That is because they are never used to withstand huge amounts of money that comes on their ways.

It is actually very difficult to beg someone to give you money when you are not their relatives. Begging doesn't attract value.
