There is a business organization that I patronized around July last year. The experience was terrible. And after I managed to finish transacting with them, I dropped a negative review for them on Playstore and never patronized them again. It is six months now. They are calling me to apologize and that I should change the negative review and rating.

Do I need to oblige them that?

You are not obligated to improve the review because they called you. You might do so if their services has improved.

Don't change your review they will bully you and your reputation will be at stake. They might retaliate by expressing something unfavorable against you. Let them realize their mistakes and make amends to the cause of the negative reviews. I also experienced it in an online business. I rated Lazada poorly and some negative reviews, they pleaded but I was not convinced. I didn't change the rating and negative reviews.
