What determines the sales for bread in bakery?

I have noticed that the sales for the bread and pastries in the neighborhood bakery is not that good. What determines the sales then?

I agree with you. It's the feedback I received from the bread buyers of the bakery of my neigbor their bread is tasteless. It does not match with the taste.

When I am going to buy bread and pastries I always prioritize quality and taste, good bread will be soft and filling for breakfast, besides that there are also competing factors such as the presence of well-known bread sellers such as Holland Bakery etc.
