Discussion bucks, beer money, mylot are the ones I know in this niche. And there is also forumcoin. And which one do you recommend outside of these on the list?
There is also Referral Index forum, a DiscussionBucks' friend forum. You earn 1 cent per message for the first 20 posts in a day, if you have enough free time to dedicate.

You can write and earn on forums but for better pay you need to try writing sites. Initially, you will have to work hard but ultimately it will be fruitful
Of course! That's why my highest rewarding PTWs are Steemit and Hive, where I can publish entire e-books and we aren't limited to English language (unfortunately, I don't own a mother tongue English level at the point to be able to write entire e-books in English).
