There are so many types of writing sites on the web. However there are the ones that are really good at rewarding and seem very lucrative. So which ones could you recommend to others?

Of course! That's why my highest rewarding PTWs are Steemit and Hive, where I can publish entire e-books and we aren't limited to English language (unfortunately, I don't own a mother tongue English level at the point to be able to write entire e-books in English).
