When you patronize a grocery shop, what kind of experience do you expect to have?

I just want to patronize a place that attends to me as fast as possible, not keeping me waiting while they attend to others simply because they know them.

Like a positive atmosphere, a convenient store layout, specialty departments, and a balance of routine tasks
