Your service normally takes an hour to complete. This particular job takes just 20 minutes. Would you still charge full price?

Imagine that a client calls you for a job as a service provider or a skilled person. And you gave him your standard price because you expected the job to take one hour.

On getting there, the job was not as big as you thought. And you are able to complete in 20 minutes. Would you still charge the client full price?

As far as we had agreed for the full price, the client is going to pay the full price. I had to come from somewhere to do the job. That's something worth paying full payment for.

The price has been agreed, it does not matter the amount of time it takes, there is a fixed amount already.

If the job was indeed easier than I expected, I would give the client a 10% reduction from the agreed price.

It's the same job for me whether it took me less or more time I would charge same especially if it has a standard price
