To stay on the safe side, I can tell you that there, in this the psychiatric facility where I am inmate, for the first time in my life two women, also hospitalized here made me an engagement proposal that left me embarrassed. I regretfully had to deny it, because I do not feel at all ready to start a relationship now in my negative condition and mostly with women with serious psychiatric disorders.​

You are right. Believe me I feel sorry for these people, but it is a certainty that they would bring me more troubles than I already have.

You have to request your lawyer to write a letter of appeal and petition to remove you from that facility surrounded with people with a serious mental disorder. You are not among of their kind.

Dearest friend X, do you think I have not tried with every legislative stratagem to get out of this hell? Obviously I tried everything possible through my lawyer, but the judicial response was that I am guilty and must suffer a legal penalty by being locked inside this structure, because the alternative for me would be something even worse like prison! So unfortunately as you can see I have no way out.

That is crucial for your well-being, just wait for the right time you will be out from that prison cell. Just have good records so the law will release you.

About this everyone agrees (I mean my family and those who know me personally) on the fact that I was punished too much because of a minor crime for which a simple plea bargain would have been enough, where by paying damages to the injured party I should have been acquitted immediately, without even talking about imprisonment or any deprivation of my freedom. But you see my dear, as many others (of whom very little is said!) I am a victim of more than one miscarriage of Italian justice and I could even prove it. But unfortunately, at the legal level everything is concluded, therefore it is not possible for me to have a review of the trial!​

That sounds unfair. They should have listened to your side and to your defense lawyer. I cannot believe that your justice system there is corrupt and bias. With that kind of system it's indeed hard for you to be acquitted. I sense you feel stressed mentally with the kind of life's trials on you. Just keep your faith and never give up hope.

You see, mine is not so much a case of corruption of the legislative system, the point of the situation is always the same and I think it is valid everywhere. Those who have money and can afford to pay a trusted lawyer with tens of thousands of €uro in the end in one way or another manage to get out of it. But for those like me who unfortunately do not have money, there is no other choice than to rely on a public defender and with these, the process is practically already lost from the start!
Because, let's be clear, the law is the law and we know it is not the same for everyone at the contrary to what they want us to believe, but the truth is only one!
