Well, I don't think so, you can have it as a secondary income, yes, but earning money on them as your first income I don't see it as profitable at all.

For me the answer is the capital NO.
This is because most PTPs pay somewhere like $0.20 per day. So for one to earn at least a dollar in a day they must combine at least five PTPs which is a lot of hard work for less rewards.

Running a paid to post forum can be a business but working on paid to post forums cannot be a real job

It is difficult to make good money from paid to post. So it should be a secondary kind of income for you.
